Newlinc Industrial Door Systems was formed by its present owner and Director, Jonathan Antcliff, in 2006. Having left college with qualifications in electrical and mechanical engineering Jonathan worked in the industrial door sector before a downturn in business saw him unexpectedly facing redundancy.
With a determination and a will to succeed Jonathan created Newlinc. His vision was simple- to provide a comprehensive and inclusive service to the customer, from design and fabrication through to installation, maintenance and repair of all types of industrial door applications. This vision is now a reality with the Company having seen sustained and consolidated growth from the early days to a six-figure annual turnover of the present day. The Company ethic is simple - to provide the customer with an inclusive package of services delivered on time and on budget.

Design is undertaken in-house personally by Jonathan who continues to oversee all projects both large and small thus maintaining continuity and that personal touch.
Fabrication is carried out in our well-equipped workshop facility. Bespoke designs and fabrications are routinely undertaken and pose no logistical problems for the team.
Installations, maintenance and repairs are carried out by teams of fully-trained and industry-qualified personnel. Each team has a qualified First-Aider and the Company operates to all current industry legal requirements including IPAF and Health and Safety Accreditation legislation. The Company holds Asbestos Awareness certification and engineers are trained to the latest industry requirements in electrical installations.
Newlinc has evolved into a family Company with several family members holding full and part-time positions thus ensuring quality of service and personal customer attention and backup.
In 2019 an autonomous sister Company, BJC Construction, was created to undertake any necessary civil engineering and construction works that may arise from the core business. This enables Newlinc to maintain control over projects and therefore is not reliant on outside contractors to complete works to schedule. This ensures that the majority of works are under the direct control of the management and administration teams.
Newlinc now enjoys a nationwide client base including long-term contracts with the Ministry of Defence and other Government organisations, and provides a service to many other Industrial and commercial organisations in industry, agriculture, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Detailed and comprehensive door maintenance records can be provided thus ensuring customers can remain compliant with all current Health and Safety obligations and give peace of mind in an area of increasingly complex legislation.
